User-Generated Content

Filmy allows users to create, publish, and share content (including profiles, texts, images, projects, reels, comments, and messages). This content is generated by third parties and may be visible to other users based on each account's privacy settings. To protect our community and comply with current legislation, it is prohibited to publish content with explicit sexual nature, violence, harassment, discrimination, or any abusive material.

• Essential cookies necessary for functionality

• Facilitate connections between audiovisual professionals

On Filmy (beta phase with free access), we offer internal promotional content and premium ads. We aim for transparency:

• It's internal advertising by Filmy: We promote profiles and companies within our community.
• We do not sell or transfer your data: Your personal information is not used to sell to third-party advertisers.
• No third-party advertising: We do not display ads from companies external to Filmy.
• The user accepts its display upon registration: Acceptance of viewing this content is part of our terms of use and privacy policy when registering on the platform.

We DO NOT sell your data. Information is only shared:

• While your account is active or deactivated
• When you delete your account, your data will be deleted or anonymized within a maximum of 30 days
